Two days of focused learning, advanced robotic practices, and immersive hands-on training brought together robotic surgeons at IRCAD India for the FARIS 2026 Conclave.
Day 1 explored the fundamentals of robotic surgery and leading robotic platforms, including Da Vinci, CMR Versius, SSI Mantra, and MedBot Toumai, with dedicated console training and sessions on ergonomics, instrumentation, haptics, tissue approximation, docking, telesurgery, and the future of robotic surgery.
Day 2 showcased the expanding applications of robotic surgery across Upper GI, HPB, colorectal, bariatric, gynaecology, urology, thoracic, cardiac, and TORS, followed by expert-led master videos and immersive hands-on exposure across all four robotic platforms in IRCAD India’s Robotic Lab.
