Cancellation of an Early Bird Registration

Requests to cancel or postpone Early Bird registrations must be communicated via email. 

Cancellation or Modification of Accommodation Services

Requests to cancel or modify accommodation must be made at least ten (10) days before the course start date via email. If the cancellation is made within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than ten days in advance will result in a refund minus one night’s accommodation charge. No-shows will not be refunded. All accommodation changes or cancellations must go through IRCAD India, and customers should not contact the hotel directly.
