3-Day Hands-on Laparoscopic Bariatric & Metabolic Surgery Masterclass

The 3-Day Hands-on Laparoscopic Bariatric & Metabolic Surgery Masterclass, held from September 3–5, 2025 at IRCAD India, Indore, was designed and delivered by our team under the direction of Course Director Dr. Mohit Bhandari. This intensive program combined high-quality academic sessions with observation in operating theatres and practical skill-building in hands-on labs. Participants explored the latest concepts in bariatric and metabolic surgery, complication management, endoscopy, revision surgery, robotics, and the importance of a multidisciplinary team approach including nutrition, physiotherapy, psychological care, and anaesthesia. The course concluded with certification, leaving every participant enriched with knowledge, confidence, and advanced techniques to elevate their surgical practice.
